How billing works

being+ is sold as an auto-renewing App Store subscription by Riley Ventures LLC, d/b/a Acme Studio. We use RevenueCat to recognize entitlements in the app.

Apple charges the payment method on your Apple ID. being.cool does not see your full card number.

Plans and pricing

We offer a monthly plan and an annual plan. Exact prices, any introductory offer, and regional variants are shown before you confirm purchase in the App Store.

• Monthly and annual options, billed in advance.
• App Store prices are set in App Store Connect and may differ by country and tax.
• A 7-day introductory offer may apply to the annual plan when Apple reports you eligible. Eligibility is one intro per subscription group — not a countdown we invent on this site.
• Marketing pages may show list prices; the App Store sheet is the source of truth at checkout.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. After purchase, you can manage the subscription in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → being.cool. Canceling stops the next renewal. You generally keep access until the period you already paid for ends. Deleting the app or your being.cool account does not cancel the subscription.

Refunds

App Store purchases are refunded by Apple, not by a card form on this website. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com or via Apple Support. We do not control Apple’s refund decision.

If a restore purchase fails or RevenueCat status looks wrong, email hello@being.cool with your Apple ID email (do not send passwords).
